Timely Delivery

We make every reasonable effort to ensure timely product delivery. All orders will be shipped out within a maximum time of 1-2 business days from the date of order placement. Transit time varies based on customer's final destination, ideally from 2 to 7 business days.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed Monday to Saturday during business hours (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
• Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed the next business day
• Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time

Shipping Partners

We work with reliable courier partners to ensure safe delivery of your orders. Our shipping partners include major national and regional carriers who provide tracking information for all shipments.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make three delivery attempts at the specified address. If the package remains undelivered after this, the courier will inform us of the non-delivery.

• If an order needs to be reshipped due to address issues, customers will be responsible for the reshipping charges
